Background

Astronova Foundation Nepal in association with Narayani College and TSS, had organized an exciting 11-days free workshop for students who appeared for the Secondary Education Examination (SEE) to explore the fascinating fields of Astronomy, Robotics, and Future Technology. The workshop was designed to provide students with hands-on experience and insights into these exciting fields that are shaping our world. Every day, the workshop started at 11:11 am sharp. During the workshop, students had the opportunity to learn about the latest developments in Astronomy and explore the mysteries of the universe. They were introduced to the fundamental concepts of space and the tools used to explore it. Additionally, they had the chance to observe celestial objects through telescopes and learn about the techniques used to capture stunning images of space. In the Robotics segment of the workshop, students were introduced to the exciting world of automation, robotics, and artificial intelligence. They had the opportunity to design and build their own robots, learn about programming and coding, and discover the endless possibilities of these technologies. The Future Technology segment of the workshop focused on emerging technologies and their potential impact on our lives. Students were introduced to the latest advancements in fields such as nanotechnology, biotechnology, and renewable energy. They had the opportunity to engage in discussions and debates about the ethical and social implications of these technologies. Overall, the 11-day workshop was a wonderful opportunity for SEE students to explore and discover the fascinating world of Astronomy, Robotics, and Future Technology.

Targeted Student Community

We organized an exciting 11-days free workshop for students who have appeared for the Secondary Education Examination (SEE) to explore the fascinating fields of Astronomy, Robotics, and Future Technology. The workshop was designed to provide students with hands-on experience and insights into these exciting fields that are shaping our world. 40 Students participated in the workshop.

Key Activities in Workshops:

On the first day, the program started at 11:11 AM sharp, with the main guest, the Chief Minister and the Cabinet Secretary of the Bagmati Province government, Mr. Yam Lal Bhusal. Students were informed about the roadmap of the workshop. And, Founder of Astronova Foundation Nepal, Mr. Kishan Bastola gave motivation session to the students as well as guests and enlightened the ultimate goal of Astronova Foundation to be the Learning, Earning platform of Hetauda for the Students. Upendra Dhungana from Astrobotech and Er. Bikky Mahat and Mr. Dhirendra Sodhari from FEST gave a speech regarding their field to train in Workshop

Organized sessions on drone workshops, 3D modelling as well as engaging sessions on mathematics, physics, and astronomy. The Drone workshops covered various aspects of drone technology, while the sessions on mathematics, physics, and astronomy aimed to provide students with a foundational understanding of these fields. conducted in the presence of the chief guest the Minister of Social Development of Bagmati Province, Kumari Moktan. All the trainers and students were given certificates and tokens of love
